Clean and Dry Skin: Apply the gel to clean, dry skin after sun exposure.

Massage In: Gently massage the gel into the skin until it is fully absorbed. 

Reapply as Needed: You can reapply the gel as needed throughout the day to maintain hydration and soothe sunburned skin. 

Avoid Eyes and Mouth: Do not apply the gel to the eyes or mouth.
